The Hospice Care of the Piedmont Foundation is holding its 4th Annual “Swing Fore Hospice” Golf Tournament on October 17, 2023 at the Greenwood Country Club in Greenwood, SC.

This will be a Four-Person Captain’s Choice (scramble format). This format will have flights based upon team handicaps with an 8:00 AM or 1:30 PM shotgun start. To reserve your team’s spot, please complete and return the REGISTRATION FORM.
